A CRM built by people who got tired of CRMs.
There are plenty of CRMs already, and most of them are filing cabinets with a monthly fee. We wanted one that did some of the work: drafted the follow-up, picked up the call, remembered the thing you promised somebody back in April. That's the test every feature has to pass before we ship it.
Why Nexxy exists.
The problem
Nobody was losing deals on talent.
Talk to enough agents and the same story keeps coming up. They didn't lose the listing to somebody with better marketing. They lost it because a week got away from them and the reply went out on Thursday instead of Monday, or a birthday went past, or a client they'd known for years drifted off and nobody noticed until the sign went up in the front yard.
What we noticed
The good ones just kept showing up.
The agents doing well weren't sending more messages than everyone else. Most of them had a system, usually a fairly ugly one: a spreadsheet, a stack of reminders, a Sunday night ritual of going down a list of names. It worked because they stuck to it. That's a lot to ask of somebody's memory and their evenings, though, and it's the first thing that breaks when the market gets busy.
The build
A CRM that does the remembering.
Nexxy drafts the follow-ups and waits for you to approve them. It pushes the relationships that have gone quiet back to the top. It answers the calls you can't get to. And when you ask it to do something across the CRM, it goes and does that, then tells you what it did. The point is that you spend less of the day operating software.
Nobody remembers the software. They remember that you got back to them.
Four things we keep coming back to.
Relationships before pipeline
Pipeline size is a lagging indicator and a bad one to steer by. We'd rather help you keep forty people warm than watch a number go up on a dashboard nobody reads.
Software you forget you're using
If you have to remember to open it, it's already failed. Most of what Nexxy does happens without anyone visiting a settings page, and the parts that do need setting up, we set up with you.
Automate remembering, not judgment
Software should draft the message and remind you it's due. Whether it goes out, and when, stays with you. That boundary is most of the difference between a client feeling looked after and feeling like a row in a database.
No contract, no lock-in
One price, month to month, canceled from the dashboard without calling anyone. If Nexxy isn't earning its keep we'd rather you left, mostly because the people who stay by choice are the ones who tell other people about it.
Small team, one product.
There aren't many of us, which means we can't build everything. What we do build gets used on our own accounts for a while first, before it goes anywhere near yours.
Built from how agents work
Texting, calling, following up, chasing the thing you said you'd send over. That's the job most days, so that's what we built around.
AI that asks first
Every action the AI takes is checked against your role, and anything it can't undo gets a confirmation step. It has no access to billing at all.
Priced without games
$49 a month, usage billed as you use it, and you can leave from the dashboard. You don't have to sit through a sales call to find out what it costs.
The Nexxy Manifesto
Build relationships. Not just pipelines.
Seven things we believe about this business, written down so you can work out whether you agree with us.
Want to see it on your own data?
One plan, everything switched on, and an AI that will do the parts of the job you keep putting off. Twenty minutes on a call and you'll know whether it fits.
