Nothing is held back for a bigger tier, because there isn't one. Usage (calls, texts, AI, recording) comes out of your wallet separately.
You keep a prepaid balance alongside the $49 software fee, and calls, texts, AI requests, recording and phone numbers draw down from it. Current rates sit in your dashboard, so you can see what something costs before you run it. Top it up when you feel like it, or switch on auto-recharge so you don't run dry halfway through a conversation.
No. It's month to month, and you cancel from your dashboard without having to talk to anyone. No penalties and no notice period.
Yes. Roughly 80 actions: creating leads, moving deals, sending texts, booking appointments, building automations. Every one is checked against your role first, and anything that can't be undone gets a confirmation step. It has no access to billing at all.
